Your choice to adorn your surroundings with my creations is truly appreciated, and I am delighted to embark on the process of delivering these pieces to you.
Handling and Dispatch:
To ensure the utmost care in preparing your order, please allow 3-4 business days for meticulous handling. Subsequent shipping typically transpires within 3-8 business days. However, during peak seasons, such as holidays, please anticipate a shipping timeframe of 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping durations are subject to the carrier’s schedule. In the event of any delay, I extend my sincere apologies on behalf of the shipping carrier.
National and International Shipping Costs:
Buyers from The Netherlands/Belgium are welcome to arrange in-person collection of the artwork after payment. For clients interested in delivery within the region of Ahlam Amrani’s art studio (provinces South- and North Holland, and Utrecht in The Netherlands), please feel free to inquire about the possibility of delivery directly by Ahlam Amrani Art after payment, with a fee of Euro 50. The client is responsible for the cost of national shipping. Estimated costs can be provided upon request.
For international shipping, the client is responsible for covering the shipping expenses. Estimated costs are automatically shown by the carrier I work with when an order is placed and the delivery address is inserted. Estimated shipping costs can also be provided upon request.
Actual shipping costs may vary based on size of the artwork, factors such as the shipping carrier, specific locations within regions, and any additional services or requirements. Unfortunately, Ahlam Amrani Art cannot guarantee fixed prices for shipping due to potential fluctuations and changing conditions with the carriers.
Lost Packages:
Should your package encounter any unforeseen delays or become lost in transit, kindly reach out to me promptly at info@ahlamamraniart.com within 48 hours. I am committed to researching the matter thoroughly and providing you with a suitable solution, which may include expediting the process of resending a replacement.
Damaged Items:
In the rare instance that you receive a damaged item, please connect with me at info@ahlamamraniart.com, attaching a photograph of the damaged item within 48 hours to facilitate a swift resolution. Your satisfaction is paramount, and I am committed to ensuring your art arrives in pristine condition.
Customs and Duties:
While I am delighted to share my art internationally, please be aware that any VAT, import fees, or other duties imposed by your local government upon delivery, are beyond my control and responsibility.
